Oklahoma! was the first collaboration by this great musical theatre partnership.  They went on two write nine Broadway musicals together, but none would prove such an important milestone in American musical theatre as this one. Its fusion of drama, song and dance tells of the romance, love and tensions in the lives of the people of Oklahoma territory shortly before the land became a state.

The popular songs include Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Kansas City, I Cain’t Say No, Many a New Day, People Will Say We’re in Love, and of course Oklahoma!
