began in 2004 with a production of Les Misérables School Edition. The group is for 10-18 year olds to enjoy performing exciting music theatre shows. Rehearsals normally take place on a Friday evening, and sometimes on Sunday afternoon or evening, when a show is in rehearsal.
The group has presented three Christmas concerts and has made guest appearances at other events.
In October 2005, Young Rogues and Vagabonds presented a play written specially for them. If We Shadows is a musical fairytale, based on the imagining that on Midsummer Night Shakespeare’s statue comes to life. This was followed by a Christmas Cabaret Concert
After their first summer project The Dracula Spectacula - Young Rogues and Vagabonds chose to present Kiss Me, Kate in October 2006, Honk! in June 2007 and Divided Lives in October 2007 which grew out of their summer project earlier that year.
